Sean and Heath have developed a circuit workout system that combines cardio, core, and resistance training that will keep your metabolism burning for hours after the workout! Fit Camp is designed for men and women of all ages who are looking to lose weight or just get back in cardiovascular shape again. Everyone in camp works at their own station within the circuit so you don't have to "keep up" with rest of the class or "hold back" if you are more experienced than others. Every workout is different so you can constantly challenge yourself with different exercises without getting bored!
When you join Fit Camp you will also be provided with a FREE, good tasting, practical diet plan that has been proven time and time again to produce results! Fit Camp members have lost as much as 26 lbs in a single camp! Typical results for a 6 week camp are a loss of 7-15 lbs and 5-7% loss in body fat! Visualize yourself with a 6-pack! Many of our campers choose to do two or three camps in a row because they enjoy the workouts so much and love the changes that their bodies make! Membership to Fit Camp gives you the opportunity to workout up to 6 times a week! We have morning and evening sessions available to "Fit" into any schedule and with Heath or Sean at every camp, the average camper to trainer ratio is 10:1. This insures you that you will get personalized attention even in a small group setting. Some boot camps in the area have up to a 50:1 camper to trainer ratio!
Fit Camp times are as follows: Sunday 7-8pm Monday 5:45-6:45am and 9am Tuesday 7-8pm Wednesday 5:45-6:45am and 9am Thursday 7-8pm Friday 5:45-6:45am and 9am Saturday 8:30-9:30am New Fit Camps start every week!
