fitcampFeaturedThe "nooner" is a 30 minute workout starting at 12:00 PM Monday thru Friday. The nooner is much like the fitcamp's however prior to the workout we do not take time to stretch out as a group. The class begins promptly at noon and is an intense, fast paced, workout perfect for anyone with a hour long lunch break. If at all possible, we do highly suggest for the member who are participating in the nooner so come a few minutes early to stretch out and warm up on their own.
